Refundable deposit
See your website before you commit.
Evergreen and Evolving Websites begin with an AUD 500 refundable deposit. It forms part of the price and gives you two opportunities to ask for it back.
Secure your build
The AUD 500 deposit forms part of the website price — it is not an extra fee. Once paid, we confirm when production can start.
You do not pay the balance until you approve the website for launch.
Complete the guided intake
Tell us about your business in writing or by voice. It usually takes 30 to 60 minutes.
We review what you have provided and confirm when production will begin.
See the first working website
Within three working days of production starting, you receive a complete first working version in your browser, with the copy, design, pages and navigation in place.
Refund availableYou can request your deposit back at this point.
Review the first revision
Send one consolidated round of feedback. We make the agreed changes and return the first revision within two business days.
Decide whether to continue
You have seven calendar days from receiving the first revision to continue with the project or request your deposit back.
Final refund pointThis is your last opportunity to request a refund under this process.
Approve and launch
Once the seven-day period ends, the deposit is no longer refundable.
Reasonable refinements within the agreed brief remain open for 30 days. You pay the balance only when you approve the website for launch.
We make your new website live and complete the handover.
What a refund means
If we refund the deposit, the project ends and you cannot use the website or any project materials, including the copy, design or code.
Custom Projects are scoped separately and do not use this deposit or refund process.
