About the Rovers partnership.
Does going through Rovers cost me more?
No. You pay the same price as anyone else. The 10%* comes out of what Noknok earns, not out of your pocket. It is a referral fee Noknok pays Rovers for the introduction, not a surcharge on your price.
Who can use the Rovers partnership?
Sponsors, coaches, committee members, parents, member families and anyone else connected to Rovers. If you run a business and Rovers pointed you to Noknok, the referral applies.
When does the club actually get paid?
Once you approve the completed website and your balance clears. Nothing is paid at deposit stage, and the 10%* applies to the build price before GST, not to hosting, Website Care, or other post-launch work.
What are the referral terms?
Noknok pays Rovers 10%* of the build price before GST, and on a Custom Project the fee is capped at AUD 2,000 incl. GST. It applies to the first website we build for a business that is new to Noknok, and Noknok pays it from its own earnings once your project is complete and your balance has cleared. Your price does not change and you pay nothing extra. The fee is paid only where Rovers genuinely referred you, which we confirm with you before you accept. What if I contact Noknok another way?
If you came through a Rovers link, your referral code is filled in for you. If Rovers pointed you to us but you arrived another way, you can enter the code, or name the club any time before you accept, and it still counts for the club.

Accept and secure your build
Approve your project details. We then issue a deposit tax invoice for AUD 500 incl. GST, credited against your project total, and confirm the start date.
Tell us about the business
One guided intake form collects everything we need to build the first version.
See the working website
Within three working days of confirmed start, we send you a complete first working version to click through and review.
Refine it
Send your consolidated feedback and we act on it within two business days, then keep refining from there.
Approve and pay the balance
When you are happy with the website, pay the balance to start the launch.
Launch the website
We make your new website live and complete the handover.

Are these template websites?
No. We use proven systems and reusable foundations, but the structure, copy, imagery and visual design are developed around your business and brand.
Do you write the copy?
Yes. Copywriting is included in every fixed package. You complete a guided intake in writing or by voice, we write the website from that, and you approve it before launch.
Do you use AI?
Experienced people lead, edit and review every website before you see it. We use AI to reduce repetitive work and move faster, but it does not replace human judgement or accountability.
How much of my time does this take?
Most of it is the guided intake, in writing or by voice. After that you review the first working version and give one consolidated round of feedback. On the fixed packages there are no meetings you have to attend.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
Both fixed packages start with an AUD 500 refundable deposit. Ask for it back when you receive the first working version, or within seven calendar days of us delivering your first round of changes. The deposit is returned in full, but that ends your right to use the website, copy, design and code. You pay the balance on approval.
Who are the fixed packages for?
Established businesses with an existing website. If you are starting from scratch or need ecommerce, integrations or custom functionality, talk to us first. Work like that is scoped separately rather than sold as a package.
What happens after launch?
30 calendar days of Standard Hosting and Website Care from Actual Launch is included. After that, choose Standard Hosting or Standard Hosting plus Website Care or Managed WordPress Hosting or Managed WordPress Hosting plus Website Care as a separate ongoing service, request separately quoted changes or move the website to another provider.

The Rovers referral, in detail
Noknok pays Doncaster Rovers Soccer Club a referral fee of 10% of the build price before GST. On a Custom Project the fee is capped at AUD 2,000 incl. GST. It applies to the first website Noknok builds for a business that is new to Noknok.
Noknok pays the fee from its own earnings once the project is complete and the balance has cleared. Your price is not changed and you pay nothing extra. Before you accept a contract, Noknok confirms the referrer with you as part of the acceptance process. Landing on this page is not by itself a referral.
The referral is part of Noknok's separate agreement with Doncaster Rovers Soccer Club. Your project is governed by Noknok's Customer Terms, which apply in the ordinary way.
